In 2017, Ali Al Salemi found himself standing in front of the mirror, deep in thought. “I don’t have the money to continue my studies, so I need to start working.A But what should I do?” he asked himself. After doing some research, Ali discovered his true passion: the world of social media. This realization marked the beginning of his journey as a social media manager.

With relentless effort over the next three years, Ali and his team, which he named P30, achieved impressive growth. They managed to consult for over 500 businesses across several countries, including Iraq, Turkey, Dubai, Oman, Australia, Germany, and Iran. Their success seemed unstoppable, but as is often the case with entrepreneurship, unexpected challenges arose. Ali faced setbacks that led to the downfall of his first venture. Yet, he didn’t let failure define him. Instead, he regrouped and launched a new project called Salito. Unfortunately, it too faced obstacles and eventually failed.

However, 2022 marked a turning point in Ali’s journey. While working alongside his team in Oman, he came up with a bold new idea that would eventually become Doob. It was in Oman that Ali and his team experienced their biggest breakthrough. Without a single dollar spent on advertising, they grew a business from the ground up, achieving 16 million views and gaining 30,000 followers in just six months. This success made them trendsetters in the industry.
